I reserve the right to refuse any commission. Unless I am the one who cancels the pre-paid commission, there will be NO refunds. Do not consider purchasing an image unless you are capable of paying for it. Commissioners who fail to provide the required payment at the required time will lose their slot. I tend to be very amiable to my commissioners. However I am not your art slave. Do not pester me with 347819 pages of references + descriptions to the very last detail of your desired work and do not RUSH me to get your work done. I do have a life and I have a very busy schedule. Please be patient, and I promise it will be worthwhile.

If you ordered a traditionally done commission or a sketch and you would like to have it sent to you, please let me know. I will give you the shipping cost (will cover the shipping and packaging material) which will (obviously) depend on where you live. I will require your address. (Duh.) If you want WIP images as I work on your commission, you must let me know before I start on your commission! Chibi and sketch commissions will not have WIP images.
